- Each article will be refereed by two reviewers and forwarded to the authors to consider their comments.
- Software used for writing up the articles would be Microsoft Word (Office 2007 or Office 2013). Only emailed articles, double spaced A4 page size and lines numbered are accepted, with top and bottom margins of 2.5 cm and left and right sides of 2.0 cm. The font (Times New Roman) must be 12 for titles and font 10 for the full text.
- Following the title, author(s) name(s) (with initials preceding) and address(es), articles are often divided into the following sections: Abstract (not more than 250 words), Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgment(s) and References.
- Leave a line between the title and authors' names and between authors' names and affiliations.
- Sub-titles are written in italics (Times New Roman, Font 12) with only the first letter of the first word in capital.
- Enumerations zero to ten should be spelled, e.g. zero, one, two, etc. Values greater than ten or those followed by abbreviated units should be written in Arabic numerals. e.g. 24 plants.
- Tables must be legible, self explained and with suitable size. Avoid, as possible, Tables in a horizontal direction or in more than one page. Tables fonts; Title & headings font 11 bold, numbers font 11 regular. The Table heading is written as: Table 2 and footnotes are referred to by numbers 1, 2,..
- Photos, Tables, and Figures should be placed within the text and Table's format is essential to construct.
- In the references section, each reference is shown in the following order; name of author(s), year, title and editing authority, plus publishing Co. in case of books and symposia. In case of periodicals, the volume No. is followed by the number of the first page of the article. For the names and year font must be 11 bold, other font must be 11 regular.
- Keywords not more than five after the Abstract, font 11 italic.
- Arabic Abstract is encouraged with 12 bold Font type of Simplified Arabic for the Title, authors' names, while affiliations and text of font 11 regular.
- The scientific committee will handle the reviewing of paper and the reviewers' comments will be emailed to the author to submit a final electronic format draft (email or CD).
